Dear
Partners,
We
are so blessed to have partners in this ministry
who love God and desire to reach out to all
the world. You have had a tremendous impact
on the lives of those we minister to with your
prayers and support.
We
are thrilled to tell you that your giving to
Myanmar has been put to work already bringing
relief to those who have lost everything. The
aid has been delivered to the worst hit areas
by our Director in Myanmar Rev. Ca Hngak. He
has put in wells and pumps for fresh drinking
water, brought in food and building supplies,
books and equipment for the schools to begin
again, and equipment to plough and replant.
The people in these villages are so happy and
send their heartfelt gratitude. The report being
sent to us is that they are overwhelmed and
deeply touched by your love and giving to them.
Agree with us that their hearts will be open
to the gospel and that this will be a great
time of revival.
We
have recently moved to North Carolina. This
is a good move for Reaching the World because
it saves a lot of money for us to direct into
the projects. In these difficult economic times
we have had to make some adjustments to best
serve the Lord. Also we are living near our
family who are helping us with office administration
leaving us free to travel and minister. But
the very best part is that our grandson Dylan
can ride his bike to our house and we can see
him often. We have a small house near the woods
and it is a peaceful place to pray and recharge
spiritually. We thank God for this opportunity
and believe that it will be a great blessing.
We
are traveling up until Christmas and appreciate
your prayers. We will be ministering in the
USA in August and September. In October we will
be in England and Ireland. In November and December
we will be back to Myanmar, Thailand and Singapore
and then back to England and Scotland before
returning home.
Thank
you for your love and support. You have a generous
giving spirit and we pray that God will bless
you abundantly and meet every need. Proverbs:
19:17- "He who has pity on the poor lends
to the Lord, and He will pay back what he has
given."
In
His service,
Roger
